How do I ship my glove/mitt to you?
  • Choose your product to order whether it’s is a lace color swap, full service, break-in or cleaning. Once you complete the purchase, you’ll be provided our information on where to ship or drop off your glove/mitt(s).
  • If you are shipping – You’ll need to print two shipping labels.
    • Label one goes from the owner (you) to The Glove Bullpen (us) and is put ON the box.
    • Label two goes from The Glove Bullpen (us) back to the owner (you) and that label will be put INSIDE of your box along with your glove/mitts that you are shipping out to us.
    • By creating your own labels, the owner (you) is/are in full control of all the shipping parameters.

  • The cleaning, conditioning, relace or break in services performed, take approximately 7-10 days depending upon the scope of the work. Usually, it’s much quicker than that, but we like to give a little bit of buffer space in case someone wants expedited service or another project has priority.
    • A full repair and restoration is going to take longer- contact us.
  • We will do everything in our ability to get your glove back to you as soon as possible.
  • The last thing we want are gloves laying around, cluttering up our workspace. Plus, we know how difficult it is to part with your cherished glove!

  • Again, this is why you handle all aspects of the shipping, to and from.
  • Yes and no, it depends on where the lace broke.
  • Usually, if one lace breaks, then you should have all of them replaced anyway. Plus, who doesn’t like a clean clove?
